Indoor Football Pitch Construction Details: Indoor soccer fields are constructed by closing the sides-tops and so the structure according to static calculations. The construction is covered with corrugated material made of tarpaulin or sheet metal. Field sides can be opened / closed if desired.

Third generation synthetic grass is used in the ground for the Indoor Furbol Pitch Construction.

Indoor Football Pitch Construction Details - Technical Specifiations

1. SUB-BASE OF FOOTBALL PITCH:

  1. Excavation: pitch must be excavated and levelled. 
  2. 3” anchorage and iron sheets will be fixed on the surface of the boundary.
  3. Readymixed concrete will be poured in the moulds. Gravel to be filled to area.

2. STEEL STRUCTURE & FENCING:

  1. Dual iron pipes connected to each other to be welded vertically to iron sheet anchorages fixed.
  2. Top arc system welded installed to the vertical iron columns.
  3. The lighting platforms will be established on the lengthwise side of the pitch.
  4. Construction will be covered by a tent or sheet metal covering.
  5. A hinged door installed to the field
  6. A pair of goal post will be installed.
  7. Pitch sides will be fenced with galvanised, PVC coated 5×5 cm pores and 3,5 mm thick wire-fence.
  8. The field uppersides will be covered by polyamid net with 12×12 cm pores.
  9. The ceiling will be covered by polyamid net with 15×15 cm pores.
  10. 400 W Lighting projectors will be fixed on the top of construction. 

3. INDOOR FOOTBALL TURF:

  1. Gravel floor will be entirely covered by felt and watered.
  2. Indoor football turf will be spread out on the felt. (55mm artificial grass preferred)
  3. Artificial turf wil be joined with the help of a special adhesive
  4. Artificial turf will be filled with silica sand and 2-3mm rubber granule.
